I think you can use any that you want, but normally it would be mp3, mp4 audio, or aac.

It should. Not sure how the .keynote file will save in Google docs, but I suppose just changing the extension might not hurt the file itself. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I found a workaround for the upload problem. Takes an extra step, which is a pain, but it works.

Create an empty file in Google Docs with the same name as in iOS pages and append .doc. So if your document name in pages is mydocument, then create a new document in google docs called mydocument.doc

Then send the document to your WebDAV account in Word format, and it will prompt you if you want to replace the file already there (the blank one). Say yes, and it works.

If you retrieve a file from WebDAV, you can edit in pages, then send back and it will work also. Looks like the main thing is making sure a file with the same name exists on google docs.

Oh my god, you could have done this in 1/10th the time if you'd stop reading all the damn options. It's video and we can SEE what you're picking. ...and there's no need to explain stuff that we don't need to convert and you could just save that for another instruction video where it's relevant. Just get to the point.
